The CT Early Childhood Alliance’s mission is to improve outcomes for young children and their caregivers in the areas of health, education, and economic security. After each legislative session ends, we recognize a select group of legislators from the CT General Assembly for their contributions and/or support of initiatives that help us make progress in this mission.
